William F. Kozlow

William (Bill) Kozlow of Homewood. Age 83. Died Monday, December 20,2021, peacefully in his home. He was the son of his late parents Edward and Helen Kozlow. Born in Chicago on February 1, 1938. He moved to Homewood at the age of 3 and lived there ever since. He attended St. Joseph School and Bloom Township High School. He also attended University of Illinois for 1 year before entering the army in 1960 and serving for 2 years. He became a pipe fitter by trade and worked on commercial heating and refrigeration. Bill loved working on cars was also an avid golfer.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Cheryl Kozlow; three sisters: Joyce (Sam) Calhoun, Virginia Eyesenbach, and Ruth Parker; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are being handled at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home in Homewood. Services will be private. Donations may be made to the Homewood Fire Department, Emergency Medical Equipment Fund, or to a charity of your choice.
