Warren Leslie Mills Jr. departed this life on March 23, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, strength, and love. Born on March 24, 1945, Warren lived a life full of faith, adventure, humor, and devotion to family.
Warren was many things to many people — strong, wise, funny, loving, and unforgettable. He loved nature, loved telling stories, and had a personality that could never be duplicated. His family will always remember his unmatched fussiness and pettiness — traits that somehow made him even more lovable. He was truly one of a kind. Most of all, he was a fun dad and a man who loved his family in his own very special way.
He shared a unique and meaningful relationship with each of his children, and each bond reflected the love he had for them. Warren had a way of making each of his loved ones feel his presence in a way that was personal and lasting.
He enjoyed fast cars, motorcycles, hunting, and scary movies, and some of his most cherished moments were spent enjoying those things with family and loved ones. Warren lived life with personality, passion, and presence — and his impact will not be forgotten.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Nell Mills; his brothers, Elbert Mills (Marge) and David Richard Mills (Loureen); his children, Wanda Lanette Mills, Warren Leslie Mills III (Kymberlie), David Elbert Mills (Tinish), Anthony Jay Mills (Tasia), Calvin Lamont Taylor (Shakeyla), Danyelle Mills, Lanettia Taylor Liberty (Keith), Jason Anthony Lewis (Melisa), Shay Tidwell, Kendra Harris, TK Weathers and Courtney Hill.
His grandchildren include Timothy Rasmussen, Chance Cohen, DaviMills, Skylar Mills, Warren Mills IV, Mercedes Mills Tasha Williams, Teisha Taylor, Calvin Jr., Ahdreanna, Cameron Taylor, Demonte, Lamonica, Tiarra, Kiarra, Sierra, and Keith Jr. Liberty, along with many cherished great grandchildren, family members, and loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Warren Leslie Mills and Valerie Capshaw Mills, and his  granddaughter, Kasha Nicole Bulaw.
Warren's strength, love, laughter, and legacy will continue to live on through all who knew and loved him.
