Timothy W. Weingartner

Tim Weingartner was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus on July 21 after a years-long battle with Parkinson’s Disease.

Tim was a devoted and loving husband to Sue for 43 years. He was a caring father to Beth (James) Pavisian, Emily (Dan) McEowen, and Tom Weingartner.

He was the beloved Papa of Asher, Graham, Olivia, and Luke. Cherished brother of Bill Weingartner, Pat (Steve) Schlender, and Annette (John) Bittick. Fond brother-in-law of Patrick (Linae) Shepherd, Barbara (Russ) Pfeffer, Diane (Ray) Dobrinski, and Mary Kay (Don) Rich. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Devoted dog dad to Yuki. Tim was preceded in death by his parents, William and Emily Weingartner.

Tim was a dedicated special education teacher for 35 years.

Tim found meaning in his faith and his family.

A visitation will be held at Tews-Ryan Funeral Home from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 2, followed by a memorial service at 4:00 p.m.
