Susan V. Thieman

Susan V. Thieman (nee) Callahan, 74.  Beloved wife of David F. Thieman.  Loving mother of David G. (Renee), Jeffrey A. (Jody).  Immensely cherished grandmother (Gammie) of Danielle, Allison, Sydney and Avery.  Preceded in death by parents Gertrude and John Callahan, in-law parents Henry and Lucille Thieman and late brother, John Callahan (Judy).  Also survived by sister Mary Jo Ries (Milo), many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Susan managed the family drapery business for over 50 years and was a wonderful homemaker. Susan chose to be cremated and have her ashes spread within Dubuque, Iowa and Petersburg, Nebraska where her spirit will be close to those she loved so much.
