Ronald E. Godfryd

Ronald Edward Godfryd, 76, of Thornton, IL passed away after a battle with heart disease on 10/30/26.

Born in the Roseland neighborhood of Chicago in 1950 to Edward & Jeannette Godfryd. Ron attended Mendel Catholic High School in Roseland before later joining the Plumber’s Union Local #130. Ron was also a proud member of Piscateers Fishing Club.

Ron is survived by his daughter, his stepchildren, and his step grandchildren. He was proceeded in death by his wife Laura Godfryd.
