Roman S. Mudryk, age 86.  Longtime resident of Thornton for 43 years.  Beloved husband of Carol, nee Kielbasa for 59 years.   Loving father of Raymond (Teresa) Mudryk, Lynette (Dave) Chiaramonte and Susan (James) Pratscher.  Dear grandfather of Eddie (Anne) George and Jared and Jenna Chiaramonte.  Brother of Phyllis ( late Gerald) Smith, the late Ted (late Regina) Pacholik, late Peter (late Irma) Pacholik and the late Helen (late Charles) Jerz.  Dear uncle, cousin and friend to many.  Retired crane operator at Central Steel and Wire.  Avid White Sox fan; enjoyed fishing, golf, horseshoes, card playing and pool player.  Resting at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home, 18230 Dixie Highway, Homewood, Tuesday June 7 from 3:00-8:00 p.m.   Prayers, Wednesday 10:00 a.m. to St. Joseph Church, 17951 Dixie Highway, Homewood.  Mass 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Hospital.   For information 708-798-5300 or info@tews-ryanfh.com .
