Robert J. "Bob" Kalmes, age 68, of Mokena. Beloved husband of Kathleen "Kathy" Kalmes nee Van Allen.  Loving father of Matthew (Sarah), Rob (Allie) and Colin Kalmes. Cherished grandfather of Aria, Parker, and Mason. Dear brother of Rita (Dave) Meseberg, Nancy (Frank) Poremski and the late John Kalmes Jr.  Son of the late John and Lillian Kalmes. Son-in-law of Margaret Van Allen. Dear uncle, cousin and friend to many. Member of Local Pipefitters Union local #597. Owner of Trebor Industries. Bob loved to Golf and Coach Baseball.  Resting at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home 18230 Dixie Highway in Homewood on Tuesday September 7, from 3 – 8pm.
