Robert (Bob) Brown, 81 of Homewood IL passed away peacefully with his family by his side on 1/14/23 after a short illness.

Leaving behind his wife of 53 years Susan Brown née Corbett, children Molly (Corey) Westerhoff, Patrick, and Amy (John) Vander Weit. Beloved Grandfather of Alex, Jacob, Zachery, Riley, Gavin, Milo & Lila. Preceded in death by his parents Thomas & Elisabeth Brown, sister Carol Simac, brother-in-law Thomas Simac, and sister-in-law Karen Brown. Loving brother to Thomas and Edward Brown. Fond uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Veteran of the US Army. Longtime former employee of Mi-Jack Products. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Resting at Tews-Ryan Funeral Home on Wednesday 1/18/23 from 3-8pm. Funeral mass on Thursday 1/19/23 at 10:30am at St John Neumann Parish (formally St. Joseph Catholic Church) Homewood IL. Interment private.
