Raymond J. Presnak

Raymond J. Presnak, age 70, lifelong resident of Homewood. Loving son of the late Leona and Steve Presnak. Survived by Carol Presnak, wife of 29 years. Dear father of Jason (Melanie) Presnak and Matt (Jessica) Presnak. Cherished grandfather of Dylan, Kylie and Cody. Loving brother of Bob (Collette) Presnak, Jim (Leslie) Presnak, Barb (Denis) Kelly and the late Tom (Linda) Presnak. Dear uncle, cousin and friend to many. Ray was the former Fire Chief for the Village of Homewood for many years, most recently as the maintenance coordinator for the Sunrise Assisted Living Facility in Flossmoor, IL. Ray was a devout Christian who loved being with his family and was always willing to help anyone in need. Memorial Visitation on Friday September 23, from 2 – 8pm at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home 18230 Dixie Highway in Homewood. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 10am at the Parkview Christian Church, 11100 Orland Parkway, Orland Park, IL  60467.
