Patrick James Akai, age 37. Late of Homewood. Beloved son of Bonnie and James Akai. Loving father to Lexi Akai and his dog Rocky. Dear brother to Thomas Akai, Joseph (Taylor) Akai, loving uncle to Charles, Lucas, Kaley. Friend and former husband to Jennifer Akai. Step Grandson to Francis I. Liccar (the late Charles Akai). Beloved nephew to Barbara Kerney, William (Janet) Kerney, John (Julie) Akai, Mary (David) Kamis, Susan (David) Matz, Nancy (Patrick) Boyle, Lisa Palermini (the late James Palermini). Cousin to 21. Preceded in death, by  his grandparents Bruce (Poppy) and Phyllis (Gee) Kerney, Charles Jr. and Rita J. Akai, Uncle James Palermini, Uncle David (Peggy) Akai. Loved by many. Patrick will be deeply missed by family and friends.
