Olga M. Juergens

Olga M. Juergens, age 94, went home to be with the Lord on July 21, 2023. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 65 ½ years, Otto, parents Dora and William Rieches Jr., sister Anita Taylor and brothers Wilbert and James.

Olga is survived by her children William (Cathy), Glen (Patricia), Dorothy Ruschou (William), Keith (Karyl). 10 grandchildren Stacey, Rob, Matt, Ty, Leah, Adam, Cheryl, Beth, Travis, and Adrienne. 19 great grandchildren, sister-in-law Luicille Topolski, second daughter Cathy Wojcik, numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Olga was first and foremost a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She worked at Twietmeyer Farms Dairy, as an Avon lady and salesclerk at Edward C. Minas. Olga volunteered in many ways at her church and loved taking care of her flowers and plants.

Visitation will be held at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home, 18230 Dixie Highway, Homewood IL Monday July 24, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service is Tuesday July 25 at Salem Lutheran Church, 18324 S. Ashland Ave. Homewood. Lie-in-state 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 10:30 a.m. Interment Zion Lutheran Cemetery Matteson, IL.
