Kerry W. Forestell

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kerry William Forestell on September 3, 2024. He died peacefully surrounded by family in Flossmoor, IL. Kerry was born on March 29, 1961, to Edythe and William Forestell, in London, Ontario. Kerry's Family moved to Arlington Heights, and eventually to Flossmoor, IL. He attended Homewood Flossmoor High School, where he played varsity hockey as a freshman, and later attended Eastern Illinois University.  He was a member of the Flossmoor Community Church and was active in youth ministry. He spent many years working in the wholesale paper industry.

Beloved son of Edythe (nee McKibbin) and the late William Forestell, brother of Kathryn (late Keith Pound), and Kristina (Kristy) Lea (Stacey Raus), Father of his two loving sons Dillon and Jesse (Britanny), beloved Uncle, and cherished friend to countless others.

Kerry always saw and brought out the best in people, and never missed a chance to help others. He enjoyed playing golf and being around family and friends. His sense of humor was unmatched. Kerry will truly be missed.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In his memory, a gift to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
