John T. Cullinan

John T. Cullinan, age 68, longtime resident of Homewood and Hinsdale, IL.  Loving husband of Rebecca Cullinan nee Miller. John formerly worked for Natural Gas Pipeline Company and Retired from the Joint Commissions on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations.

John was an avid cyclist, thinking nothing of going for a 30+ mile ride through nature preserves, enjoying the scenery and wildlife. A longtime member of the Audubon society, he enjoyed their special programs and was a member of several area wildlife preserves.

He enjoyed playing racquetball; for over twenty years he and his friends played every week and met in the off season for pizza. And never argued once!

Other interests included movies, music, and history - especially American history. He used to correct his history teachers (including some professors in college) when they got their facts wrong.

He valued his wife and son most of all - and did everything he could for us. A more clever, witty, loyal friend is not to be found.
