Jimmy touched many lives with his kindness and generosity especially his close friend Cy and many other friends in his Rogers Park, IL neighborhood.  He had a wonderful sense of humor that often drew everyone near him at family gatherings. He was passionate about reading scripture from the bible that included both the Old and New Testament.  A true believer in the Word of God, Jimmy often talked about his devotion to Jesus and what it meant to live a Christian life.  This devotion led him on multiple pilgrimages to the Holy Land.
