James F. Crum, Age 86. Born July 23, 1934; passed away June 27, 2021. U.S. Navy Veteran. Beloved husband of the late Madeleine "'Lynn"' J. Crum (nee Jones). Dear father of Cynthia Crum, James J. (Mary Frances) Crum. Grandfather of James (Beth Comatos) and Michael Alverson, and Matthew (Hailey), Zachary, and Emily Crum. Cherished companion of Veronica "Ronnie" Deer. Dear son of the late Francis and Martha Crum. Fond brother of the late Francis (late Jeanne) Crum and brother-in-law of Joyce Jones (late Arthur). Retired steel executive. Former trustee for the village of Flossmoor. Volunteer at Flossmoor Hills Elementary School and the Flossmoor Hills Civic Association. Funeral Mass of the Resurrection Thursday, July 1 at 11:00 a.m. at Infant Jesus of Prague Church, Flossmoor Road and Leavitt Avenue, Flossmoor, Illinois.
