Gerd Peters-Grellenberg born January 14, 1947 in Germany. Beloved husband of the late Brigitte née Pilorz .  Loving father of Alexander and adoring Papa of Kaylen. Dearest brother of Regine (the late Norbert), favorite brother-in-law of Axel (Gabi), very loved Uncle of Suzanne (Lysle), Dagmar, Debbie (Edward), Julian (Carolin), and Constantin. Treasured great-uncle of Christopher, Jennifer, Nathan, Albert, Sophia, Isabella and Rachel. His family, cigars, tobacco pipe, porch and tools will miss him dearly.  Family and friends gathering Wednesday February 3, 2021 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Tews & Ryan Funeral Home 18230 S. Dixie Highway Homewood, IL . Interment for family only will be in Germany.
