Fred E. Kolodziej

Fred E. Kolodziej, age 80, of East Hazel Crest. Beloved husband of Virginia Kolodziej nee Salter. Loving father of Vince Kolodziej, Roxanne Taglieri and Ted (Wendy) Kucaba and Brian Kucaba. Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. Dear nephew, cousin and friend to many. Retired Commonwealth Edison. Fred was an avid fisherman who loved his motorcycle and riding.  Visitation Tuesday April 11, from 4 – 7pm at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home 18230 Dixie Highway in Homewood. Funeral Wednesday with 9:45 am prayers at the Funeral Home to St. John Neuman Church (formerly St. Joseph Church) in Homewood for a 10:30am Mass. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery in Calumet City.
