Eileen May Schultz nee Hinko

Eileen May Schultz, nee Hinko age 81, of Jasper, Georgia, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026 at Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center. She was born May 1, 1945 to Joseph and Helen Hinko in Chicago, Illinois.

Eileen is survived by her husband, Rob Schultz of Jasper; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Barbara Hinko of Homewood, Illinois; brother and sister-in-law, John and Cheryl Hinko of Clearwater, Florida; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Helen and Larry Dillon of Roundrock, Texas. Several other family members and loving friends also survive.

When Eileen was asked how she was doing, she never complained. TIME is the one thing GOD gives every rich, poor, king, queen, worker equally. Spend it complaining and it disappears. Spend it giving, helping, loving and it creates a legacy. Eileen created a wonderful legacy through loving, caring, laughter, and always uplifting us constantly. She was one of a kind and GOD broke the mold when He made Eileen Hinko Schultz. Watch an old TV episode and you'll see why we've nicknamed her "Donna Reed"!

Memorial Visitation and Service will be held on Sunday August 23, from 12 noon until time of Service at 12:45pm at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home 18230 Dixie Highway in Homewood. For additional information contact tews-ryanfh.com or call 708-798-5300.
