Douglas Andrew Buksa, Passed away suddenly at the age of 58 on November 2, 2022, at his home in Homewood, Illinois. Doug was born in Chicago, Illinois to the Late Thomas Buksa and Gloria Buksa. Doug is survived by his Wife, Tami Oakes-Buksa, Son Eric Thomas (Valerie) Buksa. Granddaughter Willow Rose Buksa. Brother Kenneth (Julie) Buksa. Sister Pamela (Michael) Sanders. Nieces and nephews Elizabeth, Emily, and Keegan. Doug loved his family and friends. He loved playing softball and going fishing. He loved music and watching sports. He was loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Visitation Monday November 7, from 10:00-1:00 pm at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home 18230 Dixie Highway in Homewood.
