Dorothy Peterson

Dorothy Peterson nee Roth age 90.   Late of New Lenox, formerly of Homewood, IL.  Beloved wife of the late Ronald E. "Ron" Peterson.  Loving mother of Lee (Gail) Peterson and Vicki (Jim) Sylvester.  Cherished grandmother of Michael (Jennifer) Peterson, Jeffrey Peterson, Bethan (Marty) Brown, Marissa (Rich) Meyers, Deanna (John) Klyczek and Evan Sylvester.  Great-grandmother to Uriah Gregorec and Olive Meyers.  Sister of Helen (late Les) Hier and Betty (Roy) Kukral.  Co-owner of Petersons Landscaping.  Dorothy was a homemaker who loved to bake and volunteered at Resthaven Nursing Home.  Resting at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home, 18230 Dixie Highway Sunday, January 2, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 5:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association.  For additional information contact tews-ryanfh.com or call 708-798-5300.
