Donalyn Joy Jurkiewicz nee Sobczak, age 67, late of Homewood. Beloved wife of the late David Jurkiewicz. Survived by her mother Aurania Sobczak and brothers Ken (Terri) Sobczak and Richard (Lillian) Sobczak. Married to Ralph Miller for over 20 years. Predeceased by her father Donald Sobczak. Loving mother of Amy Loren and Taylor Leigh Jurkiewicz.  Stepmother of Michele Miller Sarafin, Stephanie Lynn Fairbanks and Kristen Miller.  Dear grandmother of AJ Miller Sarafin, Jonathon Schlecte, Everett Miller Fairbanks and Elodie Lotus Fairbanks. Donalyn was an X-ray technician at Ingalls Memorial Hospital and University of Chicago Sports Health for 20 years. Outside of work, her passion was gardening.  She enjoyed many trips to Michigan to enhance her love of nature.   Donalyn had a carefree spirit and a captivating personality.  Memorial Visitation Saturday, July 15 from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at 5:30 p.m.  at Tews-Ryan Funeral Home, 18230 Dixie Highway, Homewood.
