Dolores J. Dennison née Meyer,  passed away peacefully at the age of age 90.

Beloved wife of the late Carl. Preceded in death by her parents Rudolf Meyer & Hulda Meyer née Hibbing, sister Lois(late Ed) Nelson and brother Robert (late Marilyn) Meyer.

Dolores is survived by her sons David (Deborah) Dennison and Steve(Kelly)Dennison
Grandmother of Christina (Terry) Stutzman, Cathryne (Richard) Czarnecki, David (fiancée Amy Carollo) Dennison, Jonathan Dennison, Carl (Jen) Dennison, Stephanie (Julian) Sanford, and Elizabeth Duignan. Blessed with 10 great grandchildren.

Dolores enjoyed her retirement years living in Largo, FL. She was actively involved at Christ the King Lutheran Church. Long walks on Indian Rocks Beach was her favorite pastime. Or walking to the rec center. She could spot the best of shells! She moved back to her hometown 11 years ago, to be near family. Family was utmost important to her. She did her best to be present and celebrate many a milestone whenever possible.

Dolores was Sr. Vice-President at the Bank of Homewood, retiring in 1983. She was always a wiz at working with numbers and took pride in knowing her "figures"!

She will be dearly missed, but her family is grateful for her long life well lived. Mom was famous for her sayings, that will never be forgotten. Even in her dark memory moments… she remembered them.

Dolores will be remembered with a brief prayer service with family, at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Largo, FL Memory Garden in October. For further information contact tews-ryanfh.com or call 708-798-5300.
