Denis W. Papp, 1952-2024, of Thornton, formally Dolton. Husband of Judith R. Papp (Shirpin), son of the late Frank and Mavis Papp. Loving father of Denny (Mindi), Corey (Laura) and Justin (Christin). Brother of Frank (Gail), Larry (Chris), Terry (Louise), Tom (Janice) and the late Diane. Grandfather (Papa) of Samantha, Cailyn, Marissa, Alexis and Claira Rose.Beloved son-in-law of the late Sidney and Mary Shirpin.  Dearest brother-in-law of Rhonda Bittner and the late Cherie Malloy. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Best buddy to his dogs late Ava and Mickey Sidney. Retired union member after 35 years of service to Local #17.  Beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend; who has inspired and touched the lives of many. Visitation Tuesday February 20, 2024 from 9am until the time of service at 12 noon at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home 18230 Dixie Highway in Homewood. Entombment to follow at the Assumption Cemetery.
