Brenda E Slobig

Brenda E. Slobig (nee Fraser)  was born on February 13, 1939 and passed away peacefully on February 9, 2024 in her home.  Loving wife to the late William Slobig, beloved mother to Karen Gallagher and Katherine Slobig, cherished grandmother of Sean Gallagher.  Brenda is now reunited with her parents Leo and Marguerite Fraser as well as her sister Carloyn M. Fraser.  Dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Brenda was a member of St. Joseph's Parish for over 50 years.  Brenda loved to garden, read, and spend time with her family.

Visitation on Thursday, February 15, 2024 from 9-10:30 am at Tews Ryan Funeral Home.  Funeral Mass at 11 am at St. John Neumann (formerly St. Joseph Parish).  In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to Alzheimer's Association of Chicago or Oasis Hospice of Mokena.
