Beverly K. Metzner

Beverly K. Metzner nee Frebel, age 83, longtime resident of Glenwood.  Beloved wife of Arthur Metzner.  Loving mother of Brian (Sue) Metzner, Laura Metzner and Bruce (Sue) Metzner. Cherished grandmother of the late Kevin, and Robbie, David, Jacob, Mark, Jocelyn, Connor, Austin, Michael and Zachary. Preceded in death by her parents, William and Mabel, and siblings Warren (late Gigi) Frebel, Jean (late Bill) Gorman, Betty (late Joseph) Turano and Roger (Ann) Frebel. Fond sister-in-law of Carol (late Jack) Vanderlinden. Beverly worked for numerous banks as a bookkeeper. She enjoyed being a Crossing Guard for School District 167. Longtime member of the Salem Lutheran Church in Homewood who gave her time generously to Church and friends.
